Jackson Falls

It is recommended that visitors use the Dog Walk to enter the canyon.

Park in the gravel lot on the right hand side of Glen Street Falls Road (just before the first creek crossing).

Hike past the information kiosk using the well-worn trail that follows the creek. After a short hike you will reach the edge of the cliff line. Turn left and follow the trail across the top of the cliff.

After hiking approximately 15 minutes you will reach a second waterfall crossing. Just beyond this crossing you will encounter a large boulder that caps a narrow hallway. This feature marks the natural staircase below known as the “Dog Walk.”

Once on the valley floor, head south through the narrow hallway to make your way toward areas like Hidden Peaks and the Ranch.

Otherwise, follow the cliff line north (the direction from which you came) to reach areas like Lovely Tower, the Gallery, Beaver Wall, and Rail Road Rock.
