The newly installed Medical Kit saves the day. Less than 24-hours after BETA Fund installed its medical kit at the Holy Boulders, a fellow climber suffered a life threatening fracture in his spine as the result of a climbing accident. Using the supplies in the kit, a group of climbers were able to stabilize and transport the injured climber to a nearby hospital. Thanks to the perfectly executed rescue the climber has fully recovered and has returned to climbing.
